Hang out with the Engineering Wellness team to learn about wellness resources and services offered by the Engineering Wellness. We will try self-care activities to end your day relaxed and calm. Bring your favorite snack, coffee and your smile!
Every Mondays from 7am - 8am EST
Start (or end for students studying abroad) your Monday with relaxing mindfulness activities to reduce stress, improve memory and focus. Join the Associate Director of Wellness for a 10-minutes mindfulness meditation and mindfulness activities. You will also get some tips on stress coping strategies.
