Nourish to Flourish Weekly Virtual Wellness Support Space
Meet up with other graduate students and the Associate Director of Wellness for weekly support regarding unique challenges of graduate school under the current climate, and other important life areas. Common topics of discussion address stress management, anxiety, procrastination, impostor syndrome, career planning and having a life outside of school. This group is for all SEAS master's and PhD students.
Group will be held every Thursdays @ 10am - 11am EST until November 19th
