Mindfulness Monday
Every Mondays from 7am - 8am EST

Start (or end for students studying abroad) your Monday with relaxing mindfulness activities to reduce stress, improve memory and focus. Join the Associate Director of Wellness for a 10-minutes mindfulness meditation and mindfulness activities. You will also get some tips on stress coping strategies.
